The Genesis
Founded after a Swiss Fondue station debuted at a Mumbai wedding and became an instant sensation. Following hotel management, Vinayak Shah observed a critical gap while managing buffet coordination at a grand wedding at the Mumbai Racecourse — catering success relied on specialized "vendors" for niche stations. Armed with a Swiss Fondue Station as his first prototype, he turned a 200-square-foot space into a culinary revolution, pioneering fusion food in the Indian catering ecosystem.
